Ordering


Orders can be created and sent through our website only by registered and logged in members.



How does the online ordering process work?





Step 1.
Log in to our website.





Step 2.
Select the Products tab (1, 2) and select the product you are interested in – by clicking on Select (3, 4).

Step 3.
The Select button will move the product to your basket.









Step 4.
In the basket, enter the quantity which you wish to order. After entering the quantity, you must calculate the value of your order by clicking on Calculate.
Remember! The value of your order is given in net prices /from the price list/, and these prices will later be altered according to the rebates as defined in individual contracts.
If you wish, you can continue shopping.







Step 5.
If you do not want to add any more products to the order, press
 Finalize the Order.





Step 6.  Finalize the Order.
You will be directed to one of the last stages of the ordering process. At this stage, you can enter the address data for the delivery of this order (the delivery data entered by you during registration will automatically be suggested in this field). You can also enter the order number and other information which you consider necessary, for example, so that your order is sent at a specified hour on a specified day. When sending the order, you can additionally attach a photo and generate a pdf file.
At the end, press Send the Order. A pdf file with your order will be available after sending the order.




Step 7.  Finalize the Order.
The last stage is the confirmation of the order sent by you. When sending the order in the last step, you must remember that you will receive an automatic message from us regarding the final confirmation of your order. Only then your order will reach us marked as: Confirmed / For Completion. This takes place in one of two methods:

Method 1




After sending the order you will be redirected to a special subpage to make the final confirmation.
Click on the Confirm the Order link…











.... and a message with the information about sending your order to our Sales Department will be displayed.

Method 2





If you do not confirm the order on the subpage, an automatic email will be sent to you, with an active link, which you will have to click on. When selecting this method, remember how your email programme is configured, because often these emails are treated as spam and the message may be moved to a different folder or removed from your mailbox automatically.









When you click on the active link, you will be automatically redirected to our website, where a message about sending your order to our Sales Department will be displayed.

Step 8.
All orders (with their details and descriptions) can be viewed in the My Profile / My Orders panel.
