FPiN WAPIENICA Ltd. also offers laser cutting services. The company’s experience in laser cutting dates back to 1987, when the first laser cutting machine was purchased.
We currently possess laser cutting machines produced by a renowned German company TRUMPF, TRUMATIC TC L3030 and TruLaser 3030 TruFlow 4000. Laser cutting machines make it possible to cut various kinds of steel, including stainless steel and aluminium alloy.

Instruction of protection the steel sheets intended for laser cutting services.
We request you to protect the steel sheets in the proper way. The steel sheets should be placed horizontally on the wooden pallet
and protected against dislocation with eg. fixing strips. Additionally the pallet with steel sheets has to be placed on the vehicle in the way that enables its easy unload using forklift truck.
In case of accident risk we reserve the right to refuse to unload.

- affordable price, appropriately adjusted to the clients’ needs – the offer is prepared on the basis of the supplied materials in the form of a technical drawing as well as on the basis of the supplied pattern
WHAT TYPES OF MATERIALS WE USE:
- carbon constructional steel (for example StX, 18G2A, 55 grades, etc.) – thickness range: from 1 to 20 mm – with a thickness of over 15 mm, it should be assumed that the cutting surface is designed for later final processing
- stainless steel (according the DIN 1.4x) and high-grade stainless steel (for example grades NCV, HSS) – thickness range: from 1 to 16 mm – with a thickness of over 12 mm, it should be assumed that the cutting surface is designed to later final processing (unless an appropriate roughness and perpendicularity of the surface is not required)
- aluminium – thickness range: 1 from 8 to mm. Hard aluminium alloys make for a better cutting surface, with soft alloys, and burrs on the bottom side of the material should be expected
GUARANTEEING THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF SERVICES, WE WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT:
- the service is performed using material provided by the client – we can also use our material, however, this requires additional, prior arrangements
- the client’s material should be flat and corrosion-free
- we do not provide the service of cutting in finished pieces
- we can cut through grooved material and material covered with a self-adhesive protective film on one side
- maximum sheet size is 3000 x 1500 mm
SENDING US THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WILL HELP US PREPARE AN OFFER ADJUSTED TO YOUR NEEDS IN A MUCH SHORTER TIME:
- drawing of an individual detail in a digital form, in the DXF/DWG format (AutoCAD 2008 version) or CorelDraw (up to version 9) to the address: laser@wapienica.pl
- details for bending should be drawn in a developed view
- define the units in which the element has been drawn and its scale
- define the following information – type of material, its thickness, surface finish, number of items and series
- also send us any additional information necessary in regard to the service
