saw blades for rectangular grooves slotting in aluminum, non-ferrous metals and plasticssintered carbide thickness adjusted to the width of the slotted groovenumber of teeth is selected depending on the depth of the slotted groovewhile selecting a proper saw blade you should consider the number of teeth (tooth pitch), the harder the processed material the smaller pitch (the greater number of teeth)in order to obtain the best possible surfaces, it is necessary to apply the correct pressure (clamping) to the material during cutting - the workpiece/piece should be immobilised in clamping, e.g. pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, etc. Features - benefits
specially designed type and geometry of the teeth allows to obtain high productivity and proper surface after cuttingproperly selected grade of HM plate ensures long tool lifetimesaw blade disc made of heat-treated tool steel guarantees stable cutting processproduced on individual customers’ order after providing basic data like tool dimensions, according to technical drawing or working parameters of the processed materialrake angle depends on the depth of the groove and the hardness of the processed material (in case of grooving saw blades the most common rake angle is +5 degrees)
