saw blades designed for cutting of aluminum alloys that are difficult to machinefor cutting of aluminum alloys containing Mg, Zn, Mn or Si, with i.e. typical high hardness (alloys have often form of bars or full plates)teeth geometry: GA+5 (triple chip plus flat)– recommended for cutting of profilestoothing GA+10 (triple chip plus flat)– recommended for cutting of full materialsit is recommended to use saw blades with flange for cutting of profiles from hard aluminum alloys with different wall thickness variation (eg. radiators) – teeth geometry 1 GC (alternate top bevel for steel)in order to obtain the best possible surfaces, it is necessary to apply the correct pressure (clamping) to the material during cutting - the workpiece/piece should be immobilised in clamping, e.g. pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, etc. Features - benefits
