new series of saw blades LL CUT with longer life time is dedicated to cutting of wood boards such as: chipboard, laminate, MDFsaw blade with high disc rigidity and stable work what allows for very high quality of wood board edgescutting on vertical and horizontal sizing machines – single boards or sets up to thickness: 3x18mm=54mmsaws used with scoring saws Features - benefits
VERY HARD carbide tips (ULTRAFINE) with hardness of 1.950 HV10 ensure longer life time - higher number of running meter of board cut till sharpeningnew shape of HM-tip influences cutting parameters in a positive way, i.e. smoother and faster chip removal cutting spacedynamically balanced disc eliminates vibrations during cutting - stable cutting process and higher quality of cut surfaceprecisely executed saw disc with new silencing slots limits noise level and ensures tools longevity - new stable and silenced saw discdesigned compensation slots increase warp resistance due to high temperature and loadhigh smoothness of HM-tips guarantees longer tool life till sharpening - sharpening process performed on CNC sharpening machines with specially chosen grinding wheel and sharpening parametersseries with teeth geometry GA 10 (TR-F triple-chip + flat)
