Specially designed teeth construction with “the tooth between” have a significant impact on improving cutting conditions and protects the cutting tooth with carbide tip (HM) e.g. during woodworking of lower quality woodthe new heat treatment of the disc technology significantly increases rigidity of the saw blade during woodworking at high loadsapplication of the new type of high impact strength carbide tip allows to efficiently exploit saw blades, both during summer and winteraggresive geometry of sintered carbide (2GS) makes the saw blades perfectly cope with soft and hard raw wood cutting, even in the toughest woodworking conditions on multi rip sawsspecially designed configuration of 4 HM wiper slots protects the disk as well as perfectly cleans and removes cut output (including chips, juice and resins)4 driving keyways allow to properly put the blade on the shaft with a better weight distribution throughout the cutting unit
