On 18-20 June 2025, in the bustling Mexico City, the GLOBUS brand once again proved that it is one of the leading manufacturers of cutting tools. Together with our strategic partner on the Mexican market, Hertool S.A DE C.V., we made our presence felt at the prestigious TECMA 2025 trade fair. It was not just a visit – it was a demonstration of precision and technological advancement that attracted the attention of customers from Latin America.

For anyone professionally involved in metalworking or manufacturing technologies, the TECMA trade fair, organised by the Mexican Association of Machine Distributors (AMDM), is a must-attend event. It is here, in the modern Expo Santa Fe centre, that trends have been set and key business relationships established for over 30 years. Being here is not only a matter of prestige, but a strategic necessity. The Latin American market, led by Mexico, is a powerful and receptive industrial centre, especially in the automotive, aviation and household appliances sectors. At our stand, represented by Piotr Tracichleb, Regional Director, we did not only present products. We presented solutions to specific production problems that plants around the world face on a daily basis. ► ALUEX series carbide saws: An absolute must-have for anyone who processes aluminium, non-ferrous metals or modern composites. We talked to representatives of the automotive industry about how crucial it is to achieve a perfectly smooth cutting surface without additional processing. Our ALUEX saws guarantee this, reducing production time and costs.

► STEEL-TECH series carbide-tipped saw blades for cutting steel: There is no room for compromise in the processing of structural steel. Our guests, often from the construction and machine industry, appreciated the blade body design and special tooth geometry, which ensure stable and effective cutting even of steel profiles.

► COOL CUT series carbide saw blades: This is the solution for customers who require precision cutting. We showed how slow-speed cutting can achieve a very good surface finish on solid profiles and how the use of appropriate coolants can increase cutting productivity. ► HSS/HSS-E disc saw cutters and three-sided cutters: Precise grooving and milling are operations where every micrometre counts. Our cutters, often with advanced PVD coatings such as TiN, attracted a lot of interest. We explained how the selection of the right geometry and coating directly translates into tool life and the quality of the channel or groove produced.

► Solid Carbide and HSS End Mills: From rough removal of large allowances to finishing complex shapes, our range of end mills is the answer to the needs of the rapidly growing CNC machining industry.
