A new series of PKD H = 6mm scoring saws
2022-02-01WyHigh-performance polycrystalline diamond scoring saws with a plate height of PKD H = 6mm, allow for up to 10 sharpening and are able to undercut several hundred thousand running meters of the board throughout the production cycle.

The scoring saws have a synthetic diamond, a material based on very hard diamond grains with a micron size. The designed geometries of polycrystalline diamond teeth allow for the optimal selection of the tool for a specific scoring operation of a given material and obtaining the best possible edge after machining.
