Application

A teeth geometry is used for cutting of hard materials and standard structural steel, grey cast iron, and semi-hard non-ferrous metals
triangular toothing is used in case of easily machined materials at more or less stable load and smooth working conditions
A teeth geometry is used for shallow cutting materials with thin walls
A and Aw triangular teeth geometry is used for shallow grooving
the rake angle depends on material machined

made from high quality steel HSS-DMo5 (SW7M) acc. to following standards: DIN 1836, DIN 1837 and AS i BS
production process incorporated most modern methods used in processes of heat treatment, teeth and side grinding and heat-chemical treatment
all standard metal circular saw blades are hollow ground what protects saw blade from scuffing
offer includes saw blade with different thickness, bore, number of teeth and teeth geometry what enables to meet all customer’s requirements and expectations
saw blades can be additionally coated eg. with PVD veneers what increases tool’s life time
should saw blades work in a set we request for information about number of blades that are mounted on a spindle – saw blades will be produced to order with exactly the same diameter
