cutting of cold-rolled sections from constructional steel with wall thickness < 3mmcutting of sandwich boards (PU foam or foamed polystyrene filled) with saw blades of diameter between 250 and 355mmused on miter saws / cutting machines adjusted for steel cutting (proper parameters/rotation)if you use saw blade for steel cutting please remember about optimal working parameters: 1 050 - 1 900 rpm - dependent on saw blade diameterrecommended rotational speed: 200mm (1 500 - 1 900 rpm), 250mm (1 450 - 1 850 rpm), 260mm (1 450 - 1 850 rpm), 305mm (1 250 - 1 600 rpm), 355mm (1 050 - 1 350 rpm)in order to obtain the best possible surface finish and with a view to a safe cutting process, it is necessary to apply the correct clamping pressure - the workpiece/piece should be fixed in a clamping fixture, e.g. a clamping bench or workbench Features - benefits
