HM-tipped saw blades MULTIX

Special saw blades MULTIX are used in cutting of soft and hard wood cutting in sawmill industry on multi gang saw blades. Considering the hard conditions during the process of raw wood cutting we recommend using special fluoropolymer coating of the tool disc. The fluoropolymer coating has got exceptionally low surface energy, it means that it has good lubricating properties preventing adherence of resin and other pollutions – you must see this film!

Dia tools - DI

DIA tools with polycrystalline diamond are dedicated to work In automatic CNC centers used in furniture and woodwork manufacturing. Due to their construction and high durability DIA tools are recommended especially for constant work processes where high efficiency of tool is required. DIA tools are recommended for hard materials like chipboards MDF, HDF, hard wood and exotic wood. Shape of the blades and insert of PCD plate guarantees best performance results while working in homogeneous and coated (permanently joined) materials.

Rebating cutterheads with spurs and indexable HM knives

Use of the cutterhead with indexable knives located diagonally to the tool axis allows you to obtain a very good surface quality and at the same time better chip removal and smoother operation of the tool. It is an ideal solution for milling grooves and tenons with rectangular cross sections, where it is necessary to obtain a high quality of socket side and edge surface. It is recommended to use feed not exceeding 24 m/min while working on on bottom spindle milling machines, single- and double-ended tenoning machines and multi-head planers.

HM-tipped circular saw blades - ALUEX type

Producers of joinery are expecting tools with longer service life, ensuring a high quality of cutting surface Al. or PVC workpieces. Saw blades ALUEX series are certified cutting tools design for industrial cutting of profiles AL and PVC alloys, which are used in the production of doors and windows joinery and also at the production lines of profiles manufacturers. Ongoing work on the saw construction resulted in new solutions. New shapes of tooth, compensation grooves and silencing notches construct technical advantage over similar solutions from other manufacturers. Dynamic stability of the saw during operation is crucial for proper operation, also translates into lower cutting resistance, and thus less stress on machine components and reduce energy consumption. In the production of a new series of cutting blades was applied procedure to checking the symmetry and flatness using a laser device on which the measurement results are displayed in a 3D model of blade laser device checking procedure was applied for the flatness and symmetry of the disk and its analysis and correction is done on an ongoing basis.
